Board Members

Paige Braun is the founding Director of Lambda Society Fort Smith. With a passion for community building and advocacy, Paige established FSLS in 2023 to create a safe and supportive environment where everyone feels valued and respected. She can often be found hosting community events, coordinating volunteers, and working tirelessly to connect people with resources they need.

Robyn Fowler is a native of Fort Smith. After living over 10 years in Europe and on both coasts, she returned to Fort Smith about 20 years ago. She has recently retired from the Fort Smith School System, as a German and Theatre teacher. Robyn works now with her family's real estate and financing companies. Along with Lambda, she supports local arts organizations, community theatre, Fort Smith Noon Exchange and Girls, Inc.

Sandra Gray (she/her) is a life long resident of the River Valley, where she and her wife raise their three children. She has passion for helping others, whether in her work as an intensive care nurse or in her volunteer work with FSLS. Sandra brings "dad jokes" and energy to everything she does, and is deeply committed to empowering others to be the best versions of themselves. Outside of their work with FSLS, you'll usually find her studying, listening to podcasts, and spending time with her family. She believes in showing up, speaking truth, and building a better world—one relationship at a time.

John Long has been a resident of Sebastian Co for over 25 years. He's a proud father of three sons, a musician and sound engineer, and currently works for the City of Fort Smith. John began his involvement with Fort Smith Lambda Society since its origins serving as a volunteer, providing various labor: building maintenance, administrative support, and currently serves as the board treasurer. John is proud to be an inclusive ally to our community.
